Liisa Lähteenaho heads the operations of RP People Finland. She is highly experienced in finding talent and developing organisations across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining RP People, Liisa worked for six years in the Finnish Games and Technology industry. She acted as Chief People Officer in two companies, where she was responsible for all people and culture related issues - including recruitment, talent management, compensation, professional development and internal communication. Liisa has also worked for almost a decade in the Board of Trustees of Finnish Student Health Service (YTHS) creating and implementing strategies for better student health services. Before working in Games and Technology, Liisa worked in various positions in Finnish university student movement.

In her studies at University of Helsinki, Liisa focused on the many aspects of society, communities and social structures. She graduated as a Master of Social Science in Social & Cultural Anthropology in 2015.
